At JDM Engine Pro, we stand behind our performance parts and engines with a 30-day return policy to ensure you receive the quality components your build requires. All returns must be in original, uninstalled condition and are subject to inspection by our technical team.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and detailed photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the component securely in its original crate or packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the shipment.
Shipping & Logistics
Ship the item back to our distribution center using a tracked freight service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection & Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the unit for core integrity and missing parts, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
